‘This wine is for all those people of good faith who twist their boots tirelessly to carve paths we can all move along.’ A homage to those who work the land. Very limited production, one of the few Riojas made from 100% Graciano, a low-yielding variety that thrives in warm, dry climates, and aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels.
Intense cherry colour with bright purple rim. Very fresh aromas of wild red and black berries, especially herbs and cherry, liquorice, hints of cigar box, balsamic and tasted cedar notes. Complex, powerful, with a marked acidity typical of Graciano, meaty, mature ripe cherry fruit and spice, creamy textured, structured and well-balanced with firm sweet tannins. Perfect with pates, cheeses and stews.
