Red cherry colour with violet tones. Aromas of red fruits, blackberries and raspberries with lively notes of cocoa, minerals and slightly balsamic. Fresh and tasty palate, very smooth and harmonious, long and fruity aftertaste. Best with grilled meats, fish, Mediterranean dishes, stews, game, roasts, all cod dishes. Production 50,000 bottles.
