Hand-harvested 100% Verdejo. Bright, clean, greenish-yellow colour. Elegant fruit aromas of pineapple, peach with anisette and mineral nuances. Fresh, fruit-forward and great body and structure in the mouth with varietal notes and slight hint of bitterness typical of the noble Verdejo. Best served at 8° to 10°C. Ideal with seafood, fish and pasta.
